Hey guys,hope it …
Hey guys, hope it helps- dramin has helped me a lot while I have the dizzy spells(yes, the sea-sickness pills). If it gets you drowsy, take half.

Also, acupuncture with the right guy helped me a lot. I never knew what I had,it took some 10 sessions and then he said:”chest upfront, courage!” what a great man!

Havent seen him for a few years, because I moved countries, but now it’s slowly moving to heart palpitations and short breathness…I’m dealing with it,but honestly-hate it lol

i’ve had this for a …
i’ve had this for a years now. I’m 23 and it’s basically given me really bad agoraphobia… Like i’m too paranoid to go outside in case I get these waves of dizziness and go completely unsteady. I can’t really do anything because of it, the only time I really feel comfortable when walking is next to a wall as I have something to lean against if things go wrong. But then I can’t really walk far on my own anyways.

I dunno, i’ve been feeling suicidal over this lately, dont enjoy life like this

Ive had MRI, MRA, and several heart test done. The only test that was positive was the tilt i had at Cardiologist. B/p drop to 59/30 explaining dizziness when first standing but not continuous. My sleep has been way off lately and it has seemed worse. I go to bed late and get up early to put daughter on bus then lay back down for a few hours. I stay sleepy all time even now that im off the klonopin… Im just lost on whole situation About to lost everything including wife

Never did get a dry …
Never did get a dry feeling in the mouth. Did they also give you an MRI and test your heart? Mine is quite mysterious and seems to be worse on days I sleep too much. So, it sounds like yours has progressed and gotten worse over the years. I’m assuming they’ve ruled out Meniere’s Disease.

Do you have a weird feeling in your mouth when your unsteady feeling takes over???? Ive been fighting this for about 8 years.. It started by a severe dizzy spell and turned in to severe anxiety and depression.. I took klonopins for a long time then last summer i had another bad dizzy spell and its been down hill from there.. It has become constant unsteadiness and i noticed i have a weird dry feeling in my mouth at same time.. Its to the point now wwhere i cant even drive…

Do you have any …
Do you have any history of migraines at all? The being sensitive to light made me wonder. Although when I feel very anxious, I do get light sensitive. So I always carry sunglasses with me. That is odd though if you’ve never had dizzy spells before, but there is a first time for everything. My doctor once thought maybe allergies were causing my dizziness.

Is there a …
Is there a therapist you can see? I always recommend seeking therapy as soon as it interferes with your life or quality of living. It’s definitely worth it if you can afford one or your insurance will cover it. There’s a great book I recommend to everyone called, “Anxiety and Phobia Workbook.” That book has really helped me. In the meantime, practice deep breathing and relaxing your body when you feel these episodes coming on.

It’s not so much …
It’s not so much dizziness as it is feeling consumed by this tightness. My nerves go haywire. My anxiety takes a almost complete control of me. It’s starting to build up in me right now as I write this. I can’t keep dealing with it man, :/

Well, the dizziness …
Well, the dizziness for some people and for me anyway, is hard to deal with. If your dizziness is actually caused by your anxiety, reassure yourself that it isn’t dangerous and that it’s just a symptom of anxiety. I’m assuming your dizziness is caused by the anxiety?

Hey I hear aroma …
Hey I hear aroma therapy can help when you feel stress or anxiety coming on. It is supposed to help your mind and yourself relax. Peaceful sounds of music can possibly have the same effect. I am 15 years old going into High School in 2 weeks and for the past week, I’ve had a huge anxiety attack, I mean it was really bad. Since than I’ve been feeling the “after-shocks” if you will. It’s a very uncomfortable feeling for me, gets me so scared and nerved up.

I have the same problem for the last 18 years.
It all started with a panic attack, and since then i’ve been having dizziness. I’ve been taking medication to help with the anxiety and dizziness. It has been the only way to stop my dizziness.
