I have panick attacks sometimes. Alot of times making me miss classes or school. I tried talking to my mom and she said it was just an excuse to get out of school. I dont know who to talk to. Any tips?

I went to a shrink …
I went to a shrink with these problems of mine, the problem then was that the doc was crazier than me.He told me that whenever I feel like I’m dieing and my hard is pounding out of my chest-Just let go!

Or just die :) )

Try to increase your state of fear, your panic. The fact is that whenever I tried it ,it just stopped.funny ha

I’m glad you put …
I’m glad you put this video up. I mean this is very beneficial to people who are having them. Theres nothing worse than being up late at night watching those infomercials that you think are going to help you, but don’t ! cause we don’t have credit cards and or time to sit through 12 different dvds. My advice to anyone who might be reading is to see a dr an get help. Nobody an I mean nobody deserves to go through this. everybody is different and some people have them way worse than others.

Having a panic …
Having a panic attack is not fun..thanks God I have not had panic attacks for the last 6 months…I don’t take medications for because I don’t believe in them in fact I think make it worse…however I did cut caffeine intake, sugar and I start eating healthy you can do that too…and if you think you are going to have one..think about something funny and breath.

totally normal. but …
totally normal. but its all in ur head being with close ones helps. do not think about it. hang out with friends that will make u laugh n go out for a beer n watch a game , or play some pool. at the end of the day u will learn how to control it, and no one dies from it . lucky for me it was easy for me a walk in the park

the 1st time i got one , oh man i still remember… i thought i was going to die. like i was going nuts, my mind was running wild, like i couldnt concentrate, my heart was beating a million times. i felt CRAZY. and the more i tried to stop it , the worse it was. i saw the video of the English guy on youtube, (helped alot), man, Now ever since that , i have never had one EVER. The best thing that helped me was goin to the DOC, after he said i was healthy as a horse, i said Man this is all mental.

I’m 18 and have …
I’m 18 and have been diagnosed with bipolar type 2 and anxiety and depression and things like that. For the past few months though I’m getting attacks where I hyperventilate and the left side of my chest hurts and my left shoulder and I feel really faint. I get racing thoughts but I’m used to that. The chest thing scares me though. Anyone know if its normal??
