The most common symptoms are as follows:

Many individuals will feel as if their heart is beating at a rapid rate of speed.

When this occurs, it is common for the person to worry that they are having a heart attack because it could result in feelings of immense pressure or even pain to one degree or another.

Many individuals will experience sensations that are considered to be abnormal in the hands and possibly even the fingers.

These are typically described as “tingling” or even as “burning”. Many may even experience numbness in these regions of the body.

One of the most common symptoms is experiencing an immense degree of terror.

When individuals experience this panic attack symptom, it is common for them to feel as if they are going to die or that something terrible is going to happen.

The body temperature may vary when it comes to the time frame that a person is experiencing an attack of anxiety.

The sufferer may feel as if they are very hot or very cold. In some cases, the sufferer will experience chills.

It is very common for panic attack sufferers to feel as if they are experiencing complications when it comes to breathing.
