How will I ever be able to save up enough money to put down as a deposit for a house?
How will I cope when my parents die?
These are just a few of many questions that I used to ask myself.
There was only one thing for it – I needed to talk through the problems and anxieties with my mother and father. They gave me some superb advice. They stated that life is too short to be constantly living in fear and that worrying only makes things worse. At the end of the day the only thing that each of us can do each and every day is to give our best – if I do this then I have nothing to fear or worry about. They told me to think in a more positive way and to concentrate on all of the good things that I had in my life.
